Use Wild Foraged Gin in your favourite beverage to elevate it with the flavours of the Rocky Mountains. It blends well with most commercial sodas for a highball.
Use it in place of vodka to immediately add complexity and depth of flavour.
Gin & Tonic
Short Glass
1 scoop ice
1oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin or Rustic Rhubarb Gin
3oz Tonic
Garnish with lime wedge
Gin Caesar
Smoked Tall Collins glass
Run lime wedge on rim.
Run rim through Caesar spice
2 scoops ice
1.5oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin
1 tsp roast tomato mix.
1 tsp horseradish.
Top with Caesar mix and stir
Garnish with a spear of cubed cheddar, mini pickle, pepperoni.
White Negroni
Short/Martini Glass
In a shaker with ice:
1oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin
0.5oz Bitter Bianco
0.5oz Sweet Vermouth
Shake 10 seconds
Strain into glass over clear ice chunk
Garnish with an orange wheel
The Garden Party
Coupe glass
In a cocktail shaker:
1 scoop ice
1oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin
1oz lemonade
2 small pieces cucumber
Hard shake
Strain into coupe glass
Top with lemon soda
Garnish with cucumber ribbon, ¼ orange wheel, sliced strawberry.
The Bee's Knees
Coupe Glass
In a shaker:
1 scoop ice
1oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin
1oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1oz 1:1 honey syrup
Shake and strain into coupe glass Garnish with twist of lemon peel
Clover Club
Coupe glass
In a shaker:
1.5 oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin
0.5 oz raspberry syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz egg white
Dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Serve in a coupe with fresh raspberries garnish.
Gin Ginger Mule
Collins glass
1 scoop ice
1 oz Lost Things Wild-Foraged Gin
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
Top with ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedge and candied ginger.
Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Spritz
Tall Collins Glass
In a cocktail shaker:
1 scoop ice
1oz Rustic Rhubarb Gin
1oz Strawberry Syrup
3/4oz lemon juice
Hard shake
Pour into glass with ice Top up with soda
Garnish with strawberry segment and mint leaf
Huckleberry Tea Sour
Coupe glass
In a cocktail shaker:
No Ice!
1oz Huckleberry Tea Liqueur
0.5oz Wild Foraged Gin
0.5oz fresh lemon juice
0.25oz simple syrup
1oz egg white
Dry shake
Add ice and soft shake again
Strain into coupe glass
Garnish with dried orange wheel or a string of blueberries.
Hard Huckleberry Lemonade
Tall Collins Glass
Fill with ice
1.5oz Huckleberry Tea Liqueur
5oz lemonade
Strain into coupe glass
Garnish with blueberries and a lemon peel twist.
